Dutch--I did not know the details of the offer, did not realize it was that low. Actually, quite a while ago I owned stock in the company. Now SIAF is the only Chinese co. that I fully trust. CCCL is an intriguing story, extraordinarily cheap, and I still follow it with some interest.
