In addition to the concerns that apply to all Chinese cos., in regard to CCCL there is, I think, also a particular concern about the economy and real estate investments in China. Also there was an offer by an American investor group to take the co. private, along with management, which management did not seriously consider. That may have raised eyebrows about how close management wanted anyone to get to looking at their books.

I thought the issue was shorts, not the fact that they're in the China sector.

Of course being in the China sector is a drawback in the States.

And yes, listing elsewhere w/b a step in the right direction.

Yet, I'd be firmly opposed to delisting here in lieu of another.

Nothing provides me the liquidity I get here, and nothing provides a better venue to get the best promotion, than listing in the States. Let alone being short-form eligible to list in Sweden, HK, Frankfurt, etc.

That said, from one Very long time shareholder to others, I think the company needs to explore all avenues and make whatever decision serves its best interest w/the sh's best interest kept at the forefront.

No matter what decision is made, I believe it'll take some time before the market shows its appreciation for the direction it's heading.
