So, the main questions I have are how is revenue collected by IPTV(DUTV) and internet TV operations and who are/will be the major competitors for that revenue?

Internet TV seems to be for a more open minded explorative crowd while IPTV is for those who are more comfortable with the predictability of scheduled broadcasting, specially selected by big telecom co's ~ a much more conservative, controlled/regulated and profit oriented aproach.

Again how exactly is the money collected(monthly bills?)and what kind of package(s)/options, per say, will/do viewers have? Any major differences from current cable methods and options.

Finally, how do existing internet media/entertainment providers such as Netflix and youtube fit in; someone mentioned live stream potential?

Doors are opening for alot of crazy info overload. Going to have to put in some meditation overtime.
