Well, I am pleased with the business and its growth, no doubt about that. But that is not helping me as a stockholder at the current situation. I feel like that I as a shareholder, who has been a part owner of this company for quite some while now is not getting the respect/reward for the risks that I have taken in investing in a young company. Now, he is letting new investors to buy a part of the company with a lower risk at a lower price than us long term shareholders.Last year at the annual CC, Lee promised that he would never issue a share below 1,50$ again, and what has happened? Not very respectful.
I don't care if Lee has a dream of being CEO in a Amex listed company. It's just bad business being listen in a country who don't value what you are doing.
Me and my close friends could probably pay for the cost for a listing in Sweden/London privately and still make a huge profit from the revaluation the company would get, that's crazy.
