Good points. I actually wrote about the fact that they have a huge loss carry forward which could be attractive. Any acquirer in a related industry could use it to offset future taxes I believe.

Nice rational speculation. Well reasoned but not likely in my opinion; a buyout I mean. But if they did It wouldnt be for anymore than .01/share which would not be the nicely profitable investment most had planned to make. It would be great for traders though per usual.
