Because the deal started falling apart. It started out looking promising. When the timing of some filings didn't hit the way I expected. I said this deal is bogging down and has issues. A merger is a fluid moving event. As things change you have to look at the new info and adjust your views. Some people don't like that. They always want you to say bullish things even when things are not going well. I don't do that. If its good I say why I think its good, if its bad I say why I think its bad. That's what happened here.
