It's probably more to do with private investors Some of them might have been paid with shares as filed but I doubt all of them were. EG this sniffer that private investors received shares for. They had to put up money for there piece of the action. That could be what this "accrued debt" really means. As usual John extremely vague and ambiguous governance.
