Only if you were holding as of 12/21/11, which is 18 months after what they said was the original record date. I had shares on the original record date in June 2010 which based on their documentation and releases should have qualified me for shares, however, I sold them prior to December 2011 which means now I won't get any shares, basically they lied, no other way to paint it.
