I just spoke with Mikki at Pacific Stock Transfer Company. The number of issued and outstanding shares of SIRG is the same as it is reported in the ibox (10/03/2011) and the same as it has been for a long time now.

As of 3:26 EST on 04/20/2012 the number of SIRG shares issued and outstanding is exactly 332,543,364.
