I truly hope there isn't a hearing in July......can't Hennis' objection be overturned by the DRMS? I hope we are approved in June and can begin milling in July at the latest.(How can his objection possibly be recognized? I'm hoping this doesn't come to fruition and our PPS finally sees new highs in 2012) This whole process is an absolute joke.

I find the way he answered that odd, but in a good way. Does anyone else?
He didn't say "Note the hearing mid-July because of..."

or because they didnt get the 11 items in on time
or anything else that a lot on this board had concerns for...

That seems very very positive IMO.
