Huh? I'm not following. There are NO REPORTING requirements for the exchange they are on now. I know of a co I was just discussing this am that didn't file for 10years on pink, and they are now getting current. But, no audited find required. When I told a few much smarter than myself in these matters the Sney situtuatuon, they concluded the only reason they would have ALL THE FINS AUDITED OR AUDIT REVIEW, is to uplist. These folks I speak of hate links and are hyper critical of them and their management. That is why I consider their opinion do valuable.
