Unfortunately, these very same sentiments have been said many many times over the last few years. And they have consistently proven to be untrue.
A quick perusal of this message board, jumping back a couple years yields all the same promises, but the PPS was much higher, and on the way to a constant decline, to where it sits now, in the dirt.
There is certainly no need for congratulations here. Especially when there is no substance to the posts proclaiming imminent good news. It just reads like the standard pinky playbook.
