It looks good as far as mediators go, but Tmob hasn't come to the realization that they might be on the hook for anything yet. The Markman hearing and a positive ruling would give them that impetuous to settle. Prior to that, I wouldn't be counting my chickens. It will be a formal get together with Tmob trying to figure out if they can get Calypso to go away for 5-10 millon bucks. That's where the receiver comes in and says we'll proceed to the Markman, thanks for your offer. The mediator can't get someone to settle when they can't see that they have anything to lose, I don't care how good he is. I don't hold out much hope that this or any mediator can get Tmob to come up with serious money prior to more court action. This is only an opinion. I say power on to the Markman, mediation is a distraction that means very little and it's unlikely tmob will come up with serious money at this stage of the game. Sorry folks, I hope I'm wrong.
