You're right, no one knows for sure the end of this saga. My money is on cdex just fading away, like others in the ring, and because it costs money to pursue ill-gotten gains plus damages, which are safely hidden away from prying eyes, nothing will be done. Remember ... I don't think clozer/upandin0 will even go to a sh'holder meeting, and he's been the one to make the loudest noises about justice and revenge. Besides, unless a "group leader" held a million or so shares, what kind of interest would an attempted class action garner from an attorney who isn't in the loop (unlike previous attorneys who gave assistance on other matters) but who might be asked to look into it? Doubt any attorney would take it on pro bono.
