That BVIG S-1 filing proves that Ken and the company are liars. According to the original carrot that was dangled, you had to be a owner of KATX stock in June 2010. According to the S-1 that you linked to the record date is December 21, 2011, which means anyone that held as of the original date they indicated they would distribute stock but sold since then and didn't still hold on December 21, 2011, is screwed and will not receive any shares in the company. Of course that's probably a misprint since we know Ken is super honest in all of his dealings.
