REAL BUSINESSES DONT STOP & WAIT because of an ongoing legal matter. there is NO reason to 'wait' for the 'trial' - that is just newton-esque dangling the carrot, not living in business reality. Any deposition of newton (if the lawyer has any brains) will reveal what a conman he is.

and besides, newton is the one who STABBED us all in the back by selling, what, 2.1 billion shares for LESS THAN .0001? DILUTING the value of our holdings. then hiding.
