CHRIE has filed late in the past, but never missed the extended deadline. This time they missed it without so much as a press release announcing their intentions.

It looks to me like they may be going dark. They'll automatically be delisted to the pinksheets within a few weeks or so if they remain delinquent without clarification.

They are opening in NJ.

If ever in doubt, go back and read their financials as to the strength of their business. They've done very very well, their history speaks for itself.

CHRI is a good stock.
