you have it in reverse its not all about basin gulch

its about their new funding and buying or leasing that mine and

starting production, that has the permits and

no opposition to mining.

basin gulch is like having a patent to cure cancer ,

which will take

years and years...so right now it all about a small deal

and closing it ,once that is done ,

then they can add others .in other

words who cares about the terra report or the NI 43-101 report

..all i care about is closing the current deal have a good

day...oh i forgot they were cleared by sec ..so they are free to pursue and get things done jmo and please g-d let them be successful
