FYI there is nothing in the documents about the concessions or MMTE. This is a personal lawsuit between WL and Grant White on fees due WL for brokerage of a deal that took place between 2 unrelated companies.

If I am not mistaken Liebs previously stated the trips to the area were solely for MMTE and he wasn't working on anything else.

Although this lawsuit does not appear to involve MMTE directly it will very likely impact MMTE.
