Just look to Victory Partners. That is the mortar in this play. They are the ones setting this up. EA is just being lead around by VP as it should be. EA makes Tequila and races cars. They do know no stink'n stock stuff. Thats VP's bag. We wait VP efforts and Lord only knows what types or back room screw jobs they are preparing till EA takes a deep look. EA is not preparing the 8ks to come. VP is. TEXX is hampered by a middleman.

It would be much more efficient if EA had an IR team, Hell they can't even answer a simple e-mail today. They don't know what to say. I bet they have to send every thing through VP, get a reply analys it now after the TEMN attempt to screw EA, and then make a reply. The line of comunication doesn't exisist yet. Infancy for sure!
