The seem to have the phenomenal ability to promote their stock picks into the stratesphere of overbought conditions where it gets sold off in an hour leaving the unprepared holding the bag and broke. Legalized method of shilling an entire nation of marks out of their cash. However, knowing what they do, can allow a trader to take home some serious cash. Let's not discuss the ethics of it...
davesproshop, never a dumb question. APS is a private Company which promotes mainly Penny stocks to promote their price per share (PPS). Many Pennies will engage in this activity and pay a third party (APS) to promote their Company thru all kinds of avenues. Most Pennies do this for a twofold reason. Some do it to actually promote their product and others do so to raise the pps so the (The penny Company) can sell shares into the gain to raise/make money. APS is one of the main Leaders out there that does this sort of thing thus they have the highest amount of followers always looking for the next one.
