LL, I just looked over the consent order...

Problem is we really don't know for sure what the Flight Violations did to affect the process

the fed asked for money, $70k specifically.

nothing in its decision mentioned a hold or a pause or whatever on the DOT application. If they wanted to slow that whole process down I feel they would have made it official with that consent order. JIMO
