while you're all reading this little tidbit in the ibox, I will be calculating how much that means he's sold, though he implies he sold the whole $5 million offering. There are NO REAL PROFITS from Filo Quip, Cavu Energy Services, and Cavu Energy Resources that go to common investor- 100% goes to the partnership until he gets to the full $5 million paid back, then "we" only see partial.
