Can you please point out to me what scared you in the filings? I saw the filings quiet early after they came out and I haven't seen anything that should have scared me. There was no "disposition" of shares and the dates showed clearly that the transactions took place a long time ago. Or what am I missing?

I don't think these filings had anything to do with the stock going down in the afternoon. Maybe I'm wrong.
