I am sure these guys aren't cheap. But they must have flexible terms and a company can have anything from just a plan to an actual product. This flys in the face of people claiming NVEI can't get money based on the potential value of the technology. If it is compelling technology then someone other than starry eye'd shareholders may see value in putting out front money for a price in return as well...
