UMining Resources Announces the Signing of a Letter of Intent With Fraser Gold
NEW YORK, NY - July 20, 2010 - UMining Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UMNG) announces the signing of a Letter of Intent with Fraser Gold Mining.
Following negotiations, UMNG has signed a letter of intent with Fraser Gold Mining to enter into various Joint Venture (JV) agreements. This JV follows in line with the company's objectives and strategic plan. Simultaneously, Fraser Gold will benefit from additional funding for its operations and ongoing projects.
Management is expected to conclude a working agreement by week's end.
