Joda, just like Janice, I agree you guys have been wronged. But isn't the goal to regain trading status? Why not have the company issue new 205's is the same amount of your 106's.
And then you sign over the 106's to company under an agreement where shareholders participate pro-rata in any judgement/windfall, etc. from the 106's.
At least the company could get trading and move whatever operations there is forward.
