In my opinion from a purely technical perspective with a brief glance at the fundamental (financial) picture, this company is prime for selling short! There are two huge gaps on the chart. From a technical perspective, they will most likely be filled. From a Fundamental (financial) perspective, the stock is extremely overvalued in the $2.00 to $2.75 a share area evidenced by the large volume on sell off days. The book value is a NEGATIVE ten cents per share (-$0.10). It's the oil business folks! They don't get a payday until they sell some oil and the oil (if there is any) is still in the ground! That means they will have to spend money if they want to get it out. There total cash on hand is less than $100,000. That will not get much drilling accomplished. The immediately money is most likely on the short side of this market. That's my opinion. There could be good long term potential here but, I would certainly not be a buyer at today's prices When the price does fall into the undervalued range, that would be the best time to load up. At present, from my perspective, the smart money will be selling this one to get funds to buy it back at the really good price later on.
