thats a given, there are many issues. WL is part of it.

anyone know why the NV fees have not been paid? thats a red flag all in itself.

If i was new to MMTE and saw that i would not buy 1 share.

The share structure alone is never a real problem, but a very solvable issue.

Value is value...no matter what the share structure is. Whether a company is worth X dollars with 1M or 1B shares, it's still worth X dollars.

If someone wants to flip, then share structure is important.


MMTE's land has great value and time will adjust the PPS to reflect that...imo
