On the other hand it seems there are juniors out there with market caps today below what they say is in-treasury partly committed to the scheduled exploration/drill program.

That seems to speak loudly of the degree of pessimism out there, about ? global macro-economics, contraction post NO-QE, markets in general in that environment, gold values, especially if markets squeeze liquidity out, junior viability in a harsh financial environment, just to start the list . . .
