Hi rbtree....yep, Fouch has ties with RFMK, in fact, he was the #1 dude to put Rapid Fire Marketing into an old shell. He early on printed conv. preferreds to the tune of 13 million shares that convert to common (without registration...don't understand just how that works!!) at the rate of 1 pref. to 30 common. For the last 1 1/2 years RFMK and prolly Fouch has been converting and selling the commons at a feverous pace. Unreal.

Also interesting that MTEK was once JEDM (jedi Mind Corp. NV of course) and a previous (now banned with I-Hub) alias around the mmj stocks was a jedi....rotfl (Elite Yoda)

Maybe a connection?
