How can Joe go after MS for monies that were paid to them by Quasar? (Okay, this is Canouse we are talking about...someone born into the court system, most likely at the lavatory level. Joey will sue anyone, anytime because he is a bully and would do so to get a few bucks in order to "just go away"!)

Quasar had an agreement with MS and Kendrick--> The Option and Share Purchase Agreement. Quasar was "The Buyer", Minseeker Operations Overseas Ltd. was "The Company" and Mike Kendrick was "The Seller".
Quasar had until May 31, 2010, subject to the terms and conditions of the said agreement, to purchase 51% of the company. The monies that Quasar paid was in consideration of the "Option". (As written in the agreement.)
This aggregate sum (monies that were forwarded to Mineseeker) was non-refundable. As you can see below....which was at the top of Page 3 of the agreement. Perhaps Joe hadn't quite made it to page three yet. The Option and Share Purchase Agreement was signed by Dean Bradley and Mike Kendrick. FYI...Dean Bradley was the CEO of Quasar at the time.
On March 11. 2011 Quasar, represented by James Ray and Donnell J. Vigil sent an agreement to Mineseeker releasing all parties of future liabilities or obligations. See attachment below. Donnell Vigil is the same person that is presently listed on pink sheets under "Company Officers" as Secretary!
So the equation is: 1. Quasar had an agreement to purchase 51% of Minseeker and had until May 31, 2010 to do so or all monies forwarded would be not refunded which was agreed to by the CEO of Quasar, Dean Bradley. Quasar did not meet it's commitment and the deal fell through, and money forfeited. 2. Quasar the sent a release to Minseeker.
1+2 does not equal Quasar suing Minseeker for the money they paid....just alot of HOT AIR!!!
