There purposely stalling....I wouldn't be worried. I don't really but that they lack management skills to file a form that is nonsense! I don't even know why they would put something like that on paper. If a company lacks certain skills they hire third party entities to compensate for it. I'm not worried just concerned that investors are being kept in total darkness!!
