I was talking with a shareholder today that had some knowledge of the process that goes into filing which I have none. He claimed that in many cases its quite common for the SEC to have a few questions after a filing is done especially when its a first filing therefore Chef Jonathan could have easily filed late last week or early this week . Evidentally the process is not as simple as electronically filing then we all have it. I am not saying this is definetly the case but certainly a good possibility

The fact is just about every serious shareholder trusts the 10k and 10Q will be delivered very soon. all is very well with IVFH imo

"I apologize for not having returned your call yet. I have been extremely busy and have been out of the office for most of the past three weeks. Please give me another day or two to finish up our 10K and get it filed. As I have stated to everyone who has asked, our first news release will be on the filing of the 10K, and we do expect to file this week.">
