I was in this stock long before you came along. I know for a fact that the program they were trying to sell was leased on a yearly basis. That is why the stock dropped from .22 to .001. Because the company did not renew the lease with AISystems.Effectivly ending any hope of any future sales. That's when the CEO quit, staff was laidoff, the accountant was fired and pow Birthdayslam found a happy dirty shell to work out of.
This company is a phone on a desk in a rented office. The only asset is the phone and possibly the left over stationary in the drawers of the desk.
