So that would be 605K for JB to convert all his warrants. Just remember if the stock just plummets (or stays where it is) then he doesn't convert any of his warrants and won't lose anything. Quite honestly, his image will not be tarnished at all with his fans and followers. He can still be an antitexting advocate and still come out squeaky clean.
That being said, I'm an investor too with a good number of shares and I hope he gets the company moving. He can certainly create the initial momentum, but we will need sales and advertising to get the pps to something ridiculous like .50 and beyond for sure. Furthermore, these big stars don't just write checks to keep a company a float. Then they would actually risk losing money (like us) on their investment. The company can always dilute or promote. Hopefully, they will do some promotion and start selling the app. IMO if the app is selling then JB will want to be involved.
