Why pick up shares later, if you think they will plunge anyway, because the company has no future?...

If shares plunge after the merger, nobody will say they will rise again, so maybe not a good deal anyway, to buy shares after they plunge.

Or maybe you think the company has future under Graffiti, with the merger and the purchase of the new company?
