Well stated, Mac. This has been my point stated in previous postings. Deliver what you say, and be clear about it. You know how these boards work, so don't create a build up of false hope.
When the bubble burst, it hurts the pps, the integrity of the company, and the morale on the board.
Don't make statements on facebook, or in prs that are false, or at least inform us of a deviation from what was previously stated.
That is how you treat loyal longs. Return phone calls and don't show up with anonymous posters who are mysterious, but have come to save the day and ease our concerns.
