With all of this news coming down the pipe its only a matter of time before we have another PR, then another and another... and somewhere in the PRs to come will probably me a Preliminary Q1.

Am I correct to assume that most of the shares between current PPS and the .04 resistance have been accumulated.. and we should jump back there relatively quickly?
