We have no way of knowing when the deal was finalized or when Gravitas signed off on the PR. And this is a pinksheet -- we can't be assured of timely information.

But it sure does "rub our noses in it" to have the PR be dated April 11... Just gratuitously annoying, especially for those who bought shares in the interim.
