You seem to be a long term IMGG investor with knowledge. What do you think happened to Deans missing shares in the last 10K?

These numbers are in black and white and filed with the SEC.No speculation in any way. What’s your take on it? What caused the large share drop in Deans ownership in shares? The latest 10K states Soen owns more shares in IMGG than Dean now?

Is Mike Nissan still working for IMGG?
