Occassionly I see that on my screens, wil bid/ask, thats what I have been complaining about in the last hour. The last hour can wipe out gains of the entire day in a matter of minutes. Its annoying to see manipulation of stocks.
ARCO I was feeling prettu good about this one, along SBUX which I bught yesterday when it started to bounce after a two day sell-off. Unfortunately I sold the SBUX early in the morning, taking the small scalp, and then I watched ARCO, I told myself this time I was going too hold it for another day or two, but then it started giving up its gain, and sure enough before noontime it had given up the entire gain so I sold that one also.
Glad I did, otherwise I would of sat with a lost for the day, instead I can out with a small lost still, but like I keep telling myself it could of been worse.
But I just do not understand the movement in stocks anymore, even when I am watch the 5 minute charts.
This market scares me, have a small short postition in one stock, and sure enough it goes down a couple of pennies while everything else on my screen gets nailed. Amazes me that when I short a stock it just sits there, and when I think about going long a stock, its just before something like a ARCO type day.
