especially with a CEO who thinks FACEBOOK is a FAIR and proper PR outlet, and for interfacing with select shareholders about MATERIAL information
is this CEO doing that......yes.....is it illegal > NO & DEPENDS
if someone who DOESNT have access to ihub/FACEBOOK, doesnt know that CEO MAYBE has shared with ONLY IHUB/FACEBOOK posters the facts about the "SHARK TANK" incident, then CEO has FAVORED a select group of shareholders....not smart......how do we know otherwise
announce what is "for the PUBLIC" in a SINGLE SOURCED PR, not through 5 or 15 or 25 different, personal, UNVERIFIABLE outlets
BTW, defensive posturing lacks reason, if a company wants to aspire to higher exchanges, it does the SEC thing.......when in Rome,,, blah blah
