Thats a question with many variables. Just like anyone who defaults on a loan.

There is a greater chance for a new company to undergo a default and IMGG is no exception.

What I can tell you is that:

1) I have seen the device in person
2) It works as intended, give or take 5-10 seconds
3) Dean has negotiated with the FDA on submission guidlines
4) Resubmission around summer time
