I would think at very least RPS Energy would take a close look at the Gobal Exploration Services report (if it gets posted) and possibly demand that Empire publish their reponse to it.

"ignored in the original report" amounts to an accusation of incompetence and a thoroughly professional consulting body of high reputation might well not suffer it gladly.

I am going to alert RPS Energy Australia to the GES report containing such widely differing conclusions and ask them to comment.

If they are still in business after tomorrow, maybe RPS will sue them for libel
