Cities would be impractical.

It'll never fly in residential areas, either. They say it can handle 120 homes. That's an average subdivision. The aesthetics alone would keep it from happening.

Theoretically, they might be able to show the generation of electricity is possible.

The feasibility and practicality of it being implemented is another thing altogether.
