Falls on a Saturday because @ Friday COB, they will have a list of
shareholders in which they can use to pay out the dividend. Hard
to do in the middle of the week with shares changing hands every
few seconds the next day.

I am pretty sure it means you would have to be in on the 27th at the latest to get the divy's. I didn't wait til then just because there could be a mad dash on the 27th or a couple days prior. ALL IMO
