icu,agree 100%, it was stated as final value, and of course that's most likely from current property appraisals in that area, none of the reports stated what property was owned outright-or if they owed for example 2.5 mil on those valued properties and walked out of closing with a check for a few 100 g's. No cash amount was ever disclosed up to this point. My posts were deleted this am for confronting thats why I said careful lol. Cant be negative on this board, just pump pump pump.

None of us know what is going to happen. For anyone to be adamant as to the next direction would be thoughtless. Greg's comments about protecting shareholder wealth makes me believe that a R/S split would not be considered.
