As the new 700,000 are announced yet and take effect 21 days later, they will not be on the market before the rollout of the WebSafetyTM end of april. Thus I will hold my shares at least till second week of May. Lets hope we get a good PR beginning of May about a good start of the rollout.

the 5%'er list was holding nearly ALL the O/S, only 8M or so was in float. They HAD to increase or trading this would work for NOONE, the info is bottom pg.6, its all there
