Did anyone prove that court costs are covered via the $590K income p/month? If not, that would be a critical piece of the DD pie. If so, could someone re-post? Thanks.
No offense Fred, but your posts border on bipolar. The court could have dismissed this case already if that was what they were going to do. I think your feelings are playing in to this investment too much. From the filings I have seen up to now everything looks good for us. Judge Jackson has agreed to nearly every motion we have put in front of her. Another good thing is that she did not allow for the FDIC to get involved after the time for them to do so had elapsed. It is easy to get negative when things are'nt happening as fast as we'd like, but when you step back and look at the big picture everything has been in our favor. We have an excellent chance of winning.
